Quando n\u00e3o conseguimos manter nosso balan\u00e7o cal\u00f3rico estes s\u00e3o os principais e maiores locais de dep\u00f3sito das t\u00e3o indesejadas gordurinhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um estudo publicado recentemente na <strong>Revista Europeia de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o Cl\u00ednica (<\/strong><strong>European Journal of Clinical Nutrition) analisou as correla\u00e7\u00f5es e altera\u00e7\u00f5es entre a&nbsp; gordura subcut\u00e2nea e a gordura visceral e tamb\u00e9m a mudan\u00e7a na gordura corporal total alcan\u00e7ada atrav\u00e9s de a\u00e7\u00f5es de balan\u00e7o energ\u00e9tico negativo<\/strong>. Para isto foram feitos tr\u00eas grupos, com um total de &nbsp;3151 pessoas: um com restri\u00e7\u00e3o cal\u00f3rica, um com restri\u00e7\u00e3o cal\u00f3rica mais exerc\u00edcio e o terceiro apenas realizando exerc\u00edcios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os exerc\u00edcios realizados tinham caracter\u00edsticas aer\u00f3bias com uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dia de 45\u00a0 a 60 minutos<\/strong>, a 50% a 60% da frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca de reserva \u2013que \u00e9 diferen\u00e7a entre a FC m\u00e1xima (medida ou calculada) e a FC repouso (ou basal). <strong>J\u00e1 a dieta foi realizada com restri\u00e7\u00f5es cal\u00f3ricas determinadas individualmente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1400\" height=\"788\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597-1400x788.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27400 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597-1400x788.jpg 1400w, https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597-711x400.jpg 711w, https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597-510x287.jpg 510w, https:\/\/www.fitnessbrasil.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Bossi-AdobeStock_190345597.jpg 1930w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 1400px) 100vw, 1400px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 1400px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 1400\/788;\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>O estudo mostra dados que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea da gordura subcut\u00e2nea foi de cerca de 10 cm<sup>2<\/sup> para cada 1kg gordura corporal total. E isto foi semelhante em todos os grupos. Quem realizou apenas exerc\u00edcios teve uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o na&nbsp; gordura visceral de \u201326,3cm<sup>2<\/sup> e na subcut\u00e2nea de \u201331,5 cm<sup>2,<\/sup>, n\u00fameros bem semelhantes. J\u00e1 para quem realizou exerc\u00edcio e restri\u00e7\u00e3o cal\u00f3rica a mudan\u00e7a foi \u201333,6cm<sup>2<\/sup> na gordura visceral e \u201365,1cm<sup>2<\/sup> na gordura subcut\u00e2nea. E no grupo restri\u00e7\u00e3o cal\u00f3rica isolada as altera\u00e7\u00f5es foram &nbsp;de \u201351,6 cm<sup>2<\/sup>&nbsp;na gordura &nbsp;visceral e -87,2cm<sup>2 <\/sup>na gordura subcut\u00e2nea. \u00c9 importante ressaltar que o estudo n\u00e3o considerou o ganho nem a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da massa magra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Estes dados mostram a import\u00e2ncia da uni\u00e3o da atividade f\u00edsica e da dieta,<\/strong> &nbsp;apesar de os n\u00fameros mostrarem resultados positivos nos tr\u00eas grupos. <strong>Temos que lembrar que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da massa magra somente ocorre com a pr\u00e1tica sistem\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios<\/strong> e que, mesmo tendo melhores resultados com a dieta isoladamente, estas mudan\u00e7as s\u00e3o mais dif\u00edceis de serem mantidas pela redu\u00e7\u00e3o de massa magra que ocorre quando se realiza a dieta isoladamente e que a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da gordura visceral \u00e9 essencial para a sa\u00fade.
