E como prometido o assunto desta coluna ir\u00e1 <strong>abordar e discutir alguns exerc\u00edcios n\u00e3o indicados para estas pessoas<\/strong>, exceto atletas no qual o gesto motor \u00e9 imprescind\u00edvel para performance. Por\u00e9m, n\u00f3s profissionais, em conjunto com estes atletas, devemos considerar os riscos e os benef\u00edcios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A SIFA pode ser definida como uma s\u00edndrome, onde altera\u00e7\u00f5es discretas na anatomia acetabular e femoral, causam les\u00f5es da cartilagem articular e do labrum (l\u00e1bio) acetabular, que podem evoluir para artrose do quadril (Cohen, 2015). Devido ser geralmente assintom\u00e1tica durante a adolesc\u00eancia e in\u00edcio da fase adulta, per\u00edodos estes onde a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o muscular e articular ocorrem invariavelmente com maior intensidade e volume, esportes como Futebol e Voleibol, <strong>treinamento de artes marciais tais como Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu, Carat\u00ea, pr\u00e1ticas art\u00edsticas como a Dan\u00e7a, s\u00e3o exemplos de atividades com alta demanda na articula\u00e7\u00e3o do quadril<\/strong>. Sendo assim, cabe salientar que atualmente a SIFA \u00e9 a maior e mais comum causa de dor no quadril em atletas jovens (<em>Arashi et al., 2019<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Independentemente do tipo de SIFA que o aluno apresente, CAME, PINCER ou MISTA (ver artigo anterior), a artrocin\u00e9tica do quadril deixa o mesmo suscet\u00edvel \u00e0 deteriora\u00e7\u00e3o dos tecidos envolvidos. Dentre estes<strong>, os sinais cl\u00ednicos como dor e disfun\u00e7\u00e3o, exames por imagens al\u00e9m de testes cl\u00ednicos<\/strong>. O teste do impacto anterior \u00e9 executado com o sujeito em dec\u00fabito dorsal, realizando flex\u00e3o do quadril em 90 graus, adu\u00e7\u00e3o e rota\u00e7\u00e3o interna, conhecido como Teste de Faddir (<em>De et al., 2018<\/em>). A presen\u00e7a de dor caracteriza o teste como positivo (<em>Figura 1<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sendo assim, todos e quaisquer exerc\u00edcios que mimetizem o teste de Faddir, apresentam alto risco para o desenvolvimento da SIFA.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exerc\u00edcios no Treinamento de For\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>O treinamento de for\u00e7a (TF), apresenta e entrega muitos benef\u00edcios aos praticantes que contribuem para a melhora no desempenho e como ferramenta para proteger as articula\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, independentemente dos p\u00fablicos, tais como, crian\u00e7as, adolescentes, adultos e idosos (<em>Faigenbaum, 2013)(Fragala et al., 2019)(Schoenfeld &amp; Grgic, 2020)(Grgic et al., 2020<\/em>), mas salientamos que <strong>a sele\u00e7\u00e3o criteriosa dos exerc\u00edcios \u00e9 fundamental para prescri\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas de treinamento<\/strong>. Podemos destacar que atrav\u00e9s do TF, o volume muscular, a qualidade muscular e a atividade neuromuscular s\u00e3o melhoradas. Segundo Loureiro e colaboradores, pessoas com osteoartrose de quadril apresentam diversos desequil\u00edbrios musculares comparadas com o segmento n\u00e3o afetado e com indiv\u00edduos sem as les\u00f5es articulares (controles) (<em>Loureiro et al., 2013<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cabe ressaltar que muitas pessoas apresentam desconforto na articula\u00e7\u00e3o do quadril unilateral ou bilateralmente, mas n\u00e3o necessariamente apresentam SIFA.<\/strong> Entretanto, por se tratar de uma les\u00e3o progressiva, os testes ortop\u00e9dicos como o Teste de Faddir (Faduri) e Teste de Fabere\/ Patrick s\u00e3o importantes para a detec\u00e7\u00e3o e\/ou acompanhamento do comportamento artrocinem\u00e1tico da articula\u00e7\u00e3o do quadril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dentre v\u00e1rios exerc\u00edcios realizados no treinamento que podem agravar o quadro cl\u00ednico e aumentar os sintomas, podemos destacar os que seguem<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Leg Press Horizontal<\/strong>: na fase exc\u00eantrica ocorre a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00e2ngulo articular entre o f\u00eamur e a pelve e por consequ\u00eancia apresenta uma grande compress\u00e3o articular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Leg Press 45<\/strong>: Obedecendo a mesma cinem\u00e1tica do Leg Press Horizontal, entretanto, devido o \u00e2ngulo inicial entre as coxas e o tronco na posi\u00e7\u00e3o inicial ser menor e por consequ\u00eancia, com maior compress\u00e3o articular, o profissional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o F\u00edsica deve considerar com zelo a prescri\u00e7\u00e3o do Leg Press 45\u00ba (<em>Figura 2<\/em>), que apesar das vantagens e ganhos em termos de performance, este exerc\u00edcio apresenta alto risco de carga compressiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211;
