Fique atento ao hor\u00e1rio.<\/strong> Exercite-se nos momentos mais amenos do dia: nas primeiras horas da manh\u00e3 ou no final da tarde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Nunca saia para correr ao meio-dia<\/strong> \u2013 nem com toda prote\u00e7\u00e3o do mundo.
